Midwest Light began out of a desire to have better lighting in an almost 10 year old VW Jetta. Noticing that the market for HID lights for the VW MK4 platform consisted of ebay junk or lights that ran $600+, we decided to expierement with retrofitting as a more affordable alternative.
We specialize in retrofitting halogen housings with HID projectors. We work on all makes and models, and provide our customers with some of the best service available. Initially aimed at the VW TDI community, our lights represent an affordable way for customers to upgrade without breaking the bank. Some other retrofitting services will literally charge over $1000 to do a retrofit, and we think that is too much.
We stand out from our competitors because we work closely with our customers to customize their lights. Each set is hand built, and after the lights are shipped out, our technical support is second to none.
